Bad outdated policies, Pathetic.

Just been ********** R600-00 rand for cancelling my flights. Hard to fly so see cancer patient when they can not be visited due to sickness. Total "*******". So disappointed in Flysafair. Really did think they were a customer comes first kind of company. These policies are what make companies sink, after all it is the customers satisfaction that keeps you afloat.
