Bad holiday starts
I missed my flight on the 9th February 2024. Due to their online bookings and new regulations which we was not made aware. People, please check everything before making ON LINE bookings. Previously we traveled to Jhb and had no issues regarding our luggage size and we took it into the plane. But now we had to check this in and this caused a delay in us boarding the flight. I had to let my wife go and I had to book a standby flight for next flight about 6 hours later. My holiday started off ****. Hope this will help others. We have some very arrogant people working at the airport who just bosses others and we have a few who really try to help. We are not all ********s or drug dealers but airport SA got people who do anything for something.
I re examined the size of my bags and took pics. They actually fitted. So why did that security lady refuse me entry. Spoke to idiots at Safair tickets sales offices and they are a bunch of stupid pen pushing and not public customers reps. They give a **** to your problems.
Can someone please explain, if you are late for your plane, do the pilot wait but in my case me and another passenger was 2 to join a 2nd flight to Cape Town and the people signaled that the gates are closed so we could fill the space, but not with SAF ****EN AIR. they opened the gates twice for 4 people. Yes they couldn't wait 5 minutes to let me check my luggages.
Theses ****ers is my last traveling. I'd rather drive.
