Bad experience using your service

My elderly parents flew today and had a bad experience. My mom needed assistace. The following went wrong: 1. t2he waiting room was overcroded and unconfotanle with the experience 2. sent to gate 6, to board, the lift would not open and had to return 3. on the bus a unsecure wheelchair fell on my Dad's shoulder 4. at the plane the hy****ic lift failed and had to be manually pumped

This all cause a delay and arriving late in Durban
