Bad experience first time flying

On Monday the 8th of April I took a flight with safair airlines. It was my first time flying and I had taken a flight with safair . To my dimise the seat I book had bubble gum stuck on the side of the seat which I sat on unknowingly. I had complained to the airline assistants but they did not apologise for this. Instead gave me ice to try to take out the gum It was disgusting and unhealthy to have to touch another's used gum. And It was totally unacceptable for the seats not to be cleaned before next boarded flight. Had I known this was gonna happen I would never have chosen to fly with safair. Really disappointed as I had to experience this on my first flight ever.
