Bad experience ever will never book anything with them

I booked flights first week of December2024 for 1st Jan 2025 due unforeseen circumstances my mother in law passed are 16 December 2024 I booked flights for her and my sister in law. I submitted refund for the flights 27th December 2024 they rep**** stating the refund process takes 7 to 21 days and 21 days has passed I have been going back and forth with them on their chat this is really frustrating me at this point
