Bad experience after damaged golf bag

My golf bag (inside a travel case) was damaged during a Flysafair flight.

One leg of my almost new golf bag was broken completely. The bag can't be used anymore.

This claim was made three weeks ago. After two weeks I was requested to provide a quote for a repair, which is obviously impossible as the fiber leg can't be fixed and the manufacturer doesn't provide spare parts.
