Bad experience

What a bad experience on the 4/12/22 my flight was supposed to leave JHB at 6:25 am ended up leaving after8am. When some of the passengers queried as we had plans in Durban, the lady by the name of Chantel spoke very rude to them and told them they were welcome to jump out but doubt they will get refunded. She is rude will No customers service orientation . Please do something
