Bad experience

Hallo Peter My name is Danie Bosman and I am 80 years old. I would like to deal my worst experience with Safair with you. I was booked Sunday morning 21/12 on the 05:55 LA312 flight from Lanseria to Cape Town. We boarded the plane on time and while taxing to the take off, the plane returned to the boarding gate. Without giving passengers any reason for the delay, we sat waiting in the aircraft for a whole hour, till 07:00 when we were told the leave and go back to the airport building. At 10:45 we boarded a different aircraft and arrived 13:20 at CT International. While descending the aircraft at the front on a literally 45deg very steep steps, without handrails and without assistants from any of the four air hostess, I lost my footage and dropped down the last four steps, hurting my back in the fall. I will think twice before I fly with Safair again.
