Bad experience

Flying from JHB to Durban was definitely not a pleasant experience. I was told that the flight is full & that they did not have enough space for all the hand luggage. I allowed the flight attendant to take my bag with the assurance that it will be waiting for me as I get off the flight. The landing was the hardest I had experienced in years - definitely not something I would expect from a professional pilot or a pilot from an airline that cares about looking after the planes. Futher more, many of us waited outside the plane for our hand luggage only to find out that we had been **** to - our unlocked & unmarked luggage had been sent off with the rest of the luggage. Totally shocking! I have already informed numerous people of this bad experience & shall continue to do so.
