Bad customer service from flysafair

If i could rate this airline in the negative i would. Pathetic client service. I monitored a flight for few days and it was R348 when i went in to book the flight on the monday it was R449 so i booked it but few minutes laterbi saw the price was back to R348 and it remained R348 for Tuesday as well. So i took screen shots and sent it to flysafair. I asked why should i pay R449 for a flught that was always advertised at R348 and the i paid R449 and all of a sudden it went back to R348. I thought it to be fair that i should get the flight at the special price how ever my whatsapps where answered by fortunate who said iy cannot be refund nd nothing coukd be done according to terms nd conditions i sent a email nd same reply. Hence i decided not to use this airline anymore as mango flights for the same time was cheap but we like flyin safair. Unfortunately for the airline they have lost a valuable customer nd i will advise my family and friends to use alternate airlines as it was clear that this airline had a dont care attitude when it came to client queries. They sent me the terms nd conditions that didnt open. Long story short think twice before u book always check nd keep checking for better prices with good service delivery
