Bad customer service FlySafair

Unhappy customer service I am extremely unhappy with Flysafair they have lost my very special package a box they are not helping me find or locate my package, they sending me from pillar to post. I keep phoning but they are NOT helping me. This is a very special package. I am so disappointed in this airline. I am devastated with them. Frustrated. PLEASE FLYSAFAIR I PUT MY PARCEL IN YOUR YOUR TRUST QND CARE YOY ARE RESPONSOBLE TO ASSIST ME URGENTLY. I WANT MY PARCEL. I am now sitting in George, and my parcel is in Johannesburg
