Bad customer service call center agents

The call center agents are so unprofessional and rude i had an encounter with Chenai Bester such an unpleasant stinking attitude, no customer service etiquette bad luck soul she was! These call center agents need to undergo customer service training and know that we airline users and passengers PUT FOOD ON THEIR TABLE !!!! And i do apologies to the agents who strive for the best and serve the customers to their best of their abilities to be placed under this bad review.
