Bad Customer Service

The Flysair call line number is all lies. When you call them they say you call is number 1 in the queue and when you press the option for them to call you back they never do. But when I called them after 2 hours they said I'm now caller number 4. What happened to calling me back when I opted in to be called back. Even when you want to chat to an agent on their WhatsApp number they state that an agent will chat with you in 15min but it's been 2 hours now.
