Bad customer service

I book my flight few days ago so i wanted to change my flight time to later i first started by chating on whatsapp and asked how much will she charge me if i were to change my flight she sent me a qout that explained to me very well... i gave her/him my understanding of what she sent and if my understanding was right...than gave me a the call center number thats when things got really bad the lady i spoke too placed me on hold for too long...she spoke over me was rude and hash i didnt feel her i want to speak to her anymore so i asked her manager which never came to the call until i drop the phone went bck to whatspp to the person i spoke to on whatspp what has happened she did not be helpfully also just told some thing i didnt ask about...i told her about the rude lady ...to me it was lik she was defending her i even asked her have you listend to the call?? Becuase they way she/his chating it is if am tne wrong person here ..still waiting for whatspp to reply
