Bad after service from FlySAfair.

My Son was travelling from JHB to DBN. When he got to DBN, his suite case handle was broken off, BROKEN OFF. how rough does one have to be, to break off the handle, these cases are built pretty tough. paid a good price for them, they are of good quality and not cheap. worst is when I contacted flysafair I was told, they not responsible for the ground staff, so there is nothing they can do. it is like going to a bank and they tell you, they not responsible for the branch....
