Avoid this airline

We booked a flight this past weekend to George. The flight was for 14h00 on 15/10/2015. We tird selfservice check in but could not check in. Apparently we gave full names instead of initials and surname only. We arrived at counter at 13h22 without any luggage to check. Just hand luggage. The lady behind counter with a borrible attitude just said: \ You missed your flight! Check in is 40min and not 30 min before flight."We tried to reason with her but did not get any where. There was another passenger that had the same experience that day. Really dissapointing! We asked all the other airlines for avail flights even before the safair plane left without us. We had to cancel accommodation etc."""
