AVOID FLYSAFAIR ONLINE BOOKING

My partner and I wanted to travel from Dbn to Jburg on the 2nd of Jan. We went online to book tickets and saw Flysafair had tickets for 699 which compared to other airlines and we wanted the first flight out of Durban. According to the website there was a flight at 6.15. We then proceeded to book the tickets but every few minutes the website would report \session ended". On the 4th attempt we finally managed to enter the credit card details but as soon as we entered the authentication code the website timed out again. We then tried to phone the call centre and it was closed. At 5.30am we were at the airport hoping we were booked or hoping to sort the issue at the airport. To our shock we were told at the check-in desk that they is no 6.15 flight. They then referred us to the ticket office where we explained what happened. They then checked for our names and said they could see our names but there was a error. Meaning we had no booking and there was no 6.15 flight. My guess is their website had a technical glitch but told us we are the ones we booked incorrectly and had searched for the Jburg to Dbn flight. We were shell shocked they had the nerve to tell us that. """
