Avoid FlySafair!

They lost my grandfathers walking frame in luggage somehow when we came back from cape town to pretoria. My grandfather is barely able to walk as is and can not move without his walking frame. We landed on 25/04/2019 at Or tambo. They told me sorry we lost it. Nothing more. I had a fit but nothing came of it. They escorted my grandfather to my car with a wheelchair. I had to carry my grandfather around for the next to days. They made lots of empty promises and is still ignoring my emails to date. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY PHATETIC IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE. THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE. plus they did not want to help me, just to get a number of whom i can contact. They said i should come back the next morning. I stay 100km away and cant really afford buying my grandfather another walking frame but had to. THEY ARE SIMPLY USELESS.
