Attempted theft

My mom’s checked-in luggage was tempered with, the lock was broken and the responsible parties rummaged through the bag looking for valuables. This is so disappointing

The worst part is that I’m told that Flysafair manages luggage’s through a 3rd party and this 3rd does an internal investigation upon receiving the complaint and resolve the matter internally without providing feedback to the customer. There is absolutely no credibility in this process. I’m dumbfounded and disappointed
