Arrogant, unhelpful cabin attendants FlySafair flight FA 266

Worst experience ever. Cabin crew insolent, unhelpful and arrogant. Flew FlySafair flight FA 266 on 29 October @17h35. As we boarded after a lengthy queue, with appropriate sized hand luggage we found that all the overhead compartments were full, even those directly above our seats. We asked the cabin attendant Bianca if there were other overhead stowages available. She shrugged, said it was full and said we had to put our cabin bags in the hold. After being informed that we had valuables in our hand luggage she said it was not her job to stow it we had to search for stowage and next time we had to make sure we were in the front of the queue. We irately asked her why FlySafair gave us the option to have cabin bags and she then asked us not to shout at her?? I mentioned that her attitude was unacceptable and all 3 cabin attendants just looked at us not offering assistance in any way.Eventually we gave up and one other passenger who had heard the conversation kindly helped hubby to move her bag and they managed to stow the bag. During the flight I had a drink of water and shifted my mask to just below my mouth to take a sip. The cabin attendant with the short black hair came up to me and told me to adjust my mask in a very rude manner. As she walked away I asked cabin attendent Christell what the rude young lady's name was. She turned around and asked the 3rd cabin attendant Charné what to do and they refused to inform us of her name! One of them then proceeded to call the cabin controller who was named Cha. She wanted to know what the problem was. I explained and she mentioned that she knew them personally and found it hard to believe that they were acting in an unbecoming manner but she would chat to them. All the while as I explained, cabin attendant Charné stood listening to make sure we were speaking the truth. She could not contradict me once. Long story short. We are unfortunately flying back home with FlySafair but this will be the last time we use them. Clearly lack of competition have made FlySafair arrogant and unhelpful and passengers are unimportant.
