APPALLING SERVICE FROM FLYSFAIR AIRLINE.

We boarded their plane from King Shaka to OR Thambo Airport, we checked in our luggage at King Shaka airport and when we arrived at OR then one of our bags had outside pockets opened, we didn't make much of that because we knew that there was nothing in those pockets. However when I was unpacking my bags in my hotel room, I realised that things were no longer as I had packed them, and my colon was missing from box.

I then reported the matter to the airliner, but to my suprised they just sad they don't cover colon. just like that it done case closed
