Appalling Service

Their call centre is just **********. After waiting 12 minutes on line, I chose the ‘call me back option’. I was called back, by a machine. I couldn’t hear anything, yet they’re stayed online to me for over four minutes before I ended the call. Absolute silence, but the call stayed active. I emailed this to their ‘help’ email address. I got an automated email response trying to push me online, and then a second email with nothing in it. Nothing. Blank.
