Appalling Flysafair

Absolutely disgusted in Flysafair. On 7 April I booked flights online and received my confirmation email. However the email said I was to still pay. I contacted my bank who assured me rhebpyment has gone through and gave me an authorization number to provide do safair. I got in touch them then telehonically the next day, the consultant assured me all would be taken care of. I sent her the proof of payment and auth number. Today I see my flights have been cancelled , can not get through to their call center all day. No response on WhatsApp or Facebook or email either! Yet they have take. My money! Absolutely disgusting ********* and unprofessional behavior!
