App and Website continually crash when trying to book

Waited inline for about an hour filled in flight dates and times and ALL the extras and options, only for the process to continually fail or get stuck or bomb out or crash or hang forever on the payment screen (when i finally got there).

I know these massive queue's and spikes in demand are very difficult to handle but do better.
