An On-Time airline, which you can't even book!

Over the last few months the transactions for FlySafair have become atrocious. Both the App (worst) and the Web frontends are extremely unreliable and especially when it comes to payments. Payments are not going through and or hanging during the verification process. This has occurred numerous times over the past few months and seems to be getting worse. Had to resort to phoning the airline to get bookings done and confirmed. Another transaction failed for bookings again today, where its getting to the point of not wanting to deal with this airline. does not help you are on-time and have great service aboard, when one cannot even get aboard and your perception is ruined from the time of booking.
