<p>Amazing service from Safair, but unfortunately their partners First Car rental giving them a bad reputation!<br /><br />I know that it might be unfair to give you a bad rating, your service really tops, but striving to give good service brings me to my question, why will you partner with a company like First Car Rentals were service is just non excistant? I have rented from Thrifty more than 100 times, yes also had problems with cars, but it was sorted immediately. Yes we all want to go for the discount offered. I'm renting a Benz, the thing should be on a s**** yard. Reported the problem at the depot, they then want to down grade me, but at the same rate. Then I was promised that they will sort it out!! 10 phone calls, 18 hours later and still waiting.</p>
