Amazing service!!

I had missed my plane from east london to cape town as i had confused the departure time with the one of the return flight. I panicked a lot!! I called the hotline.... And they answered in 45 seconds! They were very friendly and competent! I had to drive to the airport to get a new ticket. To my surprise i only had to pay about 500 zar for my wife and me, even though we had missed the flight and it was completely our fault!!! Safair is always in time, always friendly. This last experience was amazing and surprising. I only fly with them and I do not agree with the bad rating of more than 1000 people here on hello Peter!!!!!
