Always ranting about being the most on time airline. Being the only commercial airline is the problem.. Flight scheduled to leave at 12pm, it's 12.17 pm.and we're still sitting on the runway at or Tambo international airport. Your apology doesn't help or fix the problem. Sad part is nobody is telling us what's causing the delay. Fly safair sucks. It's 11h20 can the pilot or crew staff not advise us
