Airport poor service

This service is 💩 poor, my mom tried to check in online it says error has occurred for zim harare, we were 10 minutes late they refused to assist an elderly. The lady with big eyelashes was rude at reception and refused to assist. People must avoid this airline as u won't even get a refund. We had to book with SAA and received good service
