********* Airline with Non Existent Customer Service
I have dealt with many companies before and FLYSAFAIR is the worst by a country mile. In December 2022 , I travelled to Cape Town with my family looking forward to a great vacation . When arriving in Cape Town 3 of my luggage bags where damaged to a point where i could no longer use it .
I went to the office at Cape Town International Airport to lay my complaint ,I completed a document and photos where taken by the lady on duty . The process was explained and I followed accordingly . THIS INFORMATION LITERALLY WENT NOWHERE!!!, it was 45 minutes of my life wasted.
I had to initiate the entire process, I had to do all the follow up call and emails. They obliviously have a "DONT GIVE A F@#K ATTITUDE".
Today after 4 months, I receive an email stating that my claim is declined as the photos are lost "CONVENIENTLY", taken by their staff on their duty phone. After 6 hours of travelling with kids i thought I can trust their process so I did not take pics of my own.
SO MANAGEMENT AND THE LEGAL TEAM CANNOT REALISE THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. Any IDIOT with half a brain can see this.
This is ********* business practices to get out of a claim . I will never advise anyone to make use of this airline.
Elmar Conradie ,if you still the CEO then you need to get your **** together as majority of the customer reviews are 1 star.
I don't care how cheap it is i will never make use of the airline again. I would rather spend more and go to an ethical airline that actually know what they doing.
