**** Airline

<p>Missed a 11:00 flight and another to Joburg from CT. When enquiring I simply told that I have forfitted and it was cancelled. Now the reasoning behind it was that I was informed and that's that. I have no recollection of such information being relayed or any policy related matter. Now I have had to fork out more money.</p>
