****air selling dreams!

After waiting in line, the ENTIRE day, hoping to access the R10 sale with no success, We managed to get bookings for the 30% off sale. Once completing the bookings the app froze on the payments page. No payment option would work. I received an email confirming my booking, reference number and the outstanding balance (which I was unable to pay due to their platforms not being able to process any payments). This morning when I wanted to attempt to pay for the flight it said that the booking has been canceled - without any communication from their side.

Safair are claiming that no payment attempts were made and that they had no issues on their platform whatsoever - Lies. There is nothing they can do.

Their website also showed countdowns for a second sale that was supposed to start at 7 am on the 9th of May for numerous people waiting in line. False advertising? Leading people on and selling them more dreams.

What a waste of time. Would much rather catch a Lift with a more efficient, comfortable and honest airline.
