Air isn’t a luxury!

My last 3 flights, all in October: 1st was delayed by 2 hours - NO communication on what is going on. 2nd flight, my and half of the flights seat numbers were changed on the system. Ended up sitting in the middle in a complete different row than what I booked, and flight delayed by almost an hour. 3rd flight, the aircon on the plane was broken. For some reason, we were boarded to sit in the plane without aircon in Durban in summer for over an hour. No communication on how long it will take, not even some water for the sweating passengers on the plane. When we took off 1,5h late, the aircon still wasn’t working causing many passengers to become claustrophobic and struggle to breathe. Aircon came on 10min into the flight. Drinks were only served more than an hour into the 2 hour flight, even though everyone was obviously dying of thirst. Truly disappointing! Standards are slipping drastically.
