Agent from Heaven

My mom came to visit us in Pretoria from Cape Town. She arrived on the 21st March 2020, as as everyone is well aware our President announced the lock down of South Africa on the 23rd March 2020. We were in complete panic! Mom was scheduled to fly back on Sunday, 29th March with Flysafair at OR Thambo. The morning following the announcement i was on the phone with the call center. Although it was a long wait to be assisted (obviously they were experiencing high call volumes) i was helped swiftly. I do not remember the agents name but i do remember how friendly she was. i remember her calm and assuring voice. not only was she patient with us over panicking but also always excused her silence while checking for the earliest flight back to CT for my mom. she was able to re-book the flight for the very next day and not extra charge. I thanked her after her help but felt this lady needed more then a thank you. i can just imaging how many fires she tried to put out that day. and for that, i am eternally grateful. we need more call center agents like her.
