Again, "The worlds most punctual airline" is late with their flights for the third time in a row

So, this is the third time this happens in a row. I book a flight with "the world's most punctual airline". The flight is delayed, yeah i get it when something goes wrong, but when should we start worry when this happens every time I try to fly with them? I tried to get on an earlier flight but the staff just ignores my request and does not even try and then give me the cold shoulder. This is really ****ty service FlySafair.

O and the "notice" happens 50mins before the flight, in their docs they state be 90min before the flight at the airport, now i have to wait for 2 hours before my flight additionally thats 3.5 hours you steel from my time! Thats more than you flight costs!!
