Advertise a special and your website is down

I have been trying since 6 am this morning to try book tickets on the birthday special you are running. However this has not been possible due to the fact that your stupid website is down and does not seem to be able to handle the user traffic.<br> <br> How the hell can you advertise the specials and not have a website that can manage the volume of traffic through it.<br> <br> I have it in mind to report this to the ASASA because it is absolute ********.
