Advertise a Sale then website offline!

Dear Safair - How can you advertise a R1 Sale, and then not have the adequate systems to handle all the traffic on your website?? I've been trying for the past 2h30 hours, and the website remains offline. And when calling your call center, they EVENTUALLY answer, and then hang up.. this happened 5 times in a row. <br> <br> Not a happy customer :(
