Admin and cancellation ****

Booked a flight and they give you an option for a 100% refund but then when you want to cancel they want to charge a R300.00 administration fee. A R300.00 administration for changing an online booking is just ridiculous. Also the fund is not a cash refund, but only to your online wallet, which makes the R300.00 admin fee even more ridiculous. If the refund isn't in cash then why charge such a high admin fee. The money is remaining with the airline anyway.
