ADD_PAY_FAILED
I booked a ticket on the website and they billed my credit card but no ticket was issued. Instead their website just said ADD_PAY_FAILED. Their WhatsApp service does not respond to questions. The payment confirmation went through via SMS and EMAIL to me so the money indeed left my account. I have tried calling many times, left an email, sent a whatsapp and left two messages to call me back, that was done this morning, still not response

03 Nov 2019, 22:49So i get through to flysafair the next day, no one called me back and i have yet to receive a response to my email. I have been informed that i will get my refund in 21 days after their review process! Such nonsense, im +-R1400 short until i get my refund! Very dissatisfied and i would not recommend flying with them due to this painful experience
