abuse of custermer rights

FlySafair's cancellation and rebooking policies. It doesn't seem fair that they would charge such a high administrative fee OF 300 and keep the remainder money for 12 months for the next booking when canceling and when rebooking still they charge you the same administration. Businesses need to prioritize their customers' rights and ensure transparency in their business models.Its January i need that money .
