Absolutely Pathetic Policy from Safair.

Got to the airport and they refused to accept a packaged pc screen as checked in baggage saying it is fragile & might get damaged. Had to cancel plans and return home. Nowhere one the website does it say no computer equipment as checked luggage. Cost me R1000 to rebook flight. They would not let me take it on board as hand luggage because a few cm too long! F#@k them!! Hardline ****holes! They just tell you to f-off if baggage not perfect. No offer to accommodate or refund. Do not waste your money on them.
