Absolutely disgusting service and attitude.

Absolutely disgusting service. On the 21st of February 2023, my family and I used this pathetic airline to fly to Cape Town. At the airport we were asked if there are anything in our luggage like food and we advised that we have chocolates in our bags. And the lady assisting us said "Wow that's nice." Once we arrived in Cape Town I received my baggage and proceeded to my place of residence. Once at the house we went to look for the chocolates to my horror our boxes of chocolates was not there, the airline also managed to ***** our perfumes. I reached out to the airline who has told me that they are not responsible for any loss.
