Absolute *******

<p>It is absolutely ridiculous that a flight can be delayed from 14:55 for 4 hours and counting. No explanation as to why and when we can expect to leave. I am 6 months pregnant and spent the whole afternoon stressing about my flight as I had other arrangements and commitments to get to. Obviously I have missed these. I pay for an service and expect to get that service in return for my money. Worst airline ever.</p>
