Absolute abysmal service by FlySafair and business opportunity missed

I am terribly disappointed in Safair FlySafair . I literally changed to a different carrier, due to flight delays before and didn't think safair would be so useless... Firstly, I have been here since 10:00 am because it was the only time I was able to get here. Flight was scheduled for 12:45pm. We have been delayed by 3 hours.... Not once did anybody from Safair check how we were doing just waiting here... Flight now scheduled at 15:45pm, which puts my GF in peak hour traffic!!! The R80 food voucher/peace offering was a massive slap in the face! I missed a work appointment that has cost me dearly! Thanks safair..... ????????????????????...
