Abhorrent business practice and service

If there was a negative rating, I would choose the highest. This is the worst business. I canceled my flights and chose to be refunded, submitted all necessary docs on 1 June. It is 5 July and the consultant, Lerato, has put me on hold for over 20 minutes.

My money is MIA, no one responds to emails and the flights do reflect that they have been canceled.
