A very rude, disrespect and unprofessional staff member

I had a worst experience with a ground staff of FlySafair at East London Airport. A very rude, disrespect and unprofessional staff member, he doesn’t know how to approach customers. I traveled yesterday 30/12/2020 at 16:05 flight no. FA389 East London to O.R Tambo International airport (No. BZAQGB). My hand luggage was less than 7 kg but unfortunately suitcases were bigger, I had to check my baggage’s in and paid an extra R500 when I received my luggage in Johannesburg my bag was broken I saw two ladies carrying suitcases with the same size as mine on an aircraft. Kindly see attached pictures. You are a worst airline I’ve ever used, I will never travel with you again.
