A very embarrassing treatment by Flysafair staffs

I was treated very badly and I vowed never to fly Flysafair ever again.I will also discouraged my business associates never to fly flysair ever again.I got to the Kingshaka airport just few minutes late on Monday 1 August 2018.flight FA/ 273.I was embarrassed and insulted by the front desk operations of the this disgusting airline.I was even overcharged for just a hand luggage.the worst part is the insult from the front desk operators.I missed my flight because the nonchalant attitude of the front desk operators.I tried to speak to the manager but instead of resolving the problem he insisted in collecting money and never cared if I missed my flight or not.this very very embarrassing.I will never fly Flysafair ever again unless am being compensated for the embarrassment I received. ********** 556 ********** 153
