A suggestion to SAFAIR

Yesterday I flew from Johannesburg to George on FA220. Even though I rate SAFAIR streaks ahead of any of their competitors in the SA market I have a concern that I would like to bring to their attention. We were bussed out to the airplane. Because of the CORONA Virus protocols they are supposed to reduce the numbers of passengers on the bus from 70 to 49. In this case, I doubt that this happened. The bus was pretty crammed with passengers and upon our arrival at the airplane we were made to stand on the bus and wait. The bus had very little ventilation, the doors remained closed, and with the coronavirus protocols we were required to remain on the bus with no social distancing, ventilation, etc. in place. When I complained to the ground staff supervisor she told me to write to SAFAIR. I would like to suggest that in future passengers be allowed off the bus where they can wait on the tar mat and social distance accordingly. I am happy to say that the rest of the flight was wonderful as always and I really rate SAFAIR as the best regional airline.
