A mess of an airline!

<p>So this morning I had a 6:15 flight OR Tambo to King Shaka, checked-in online last night. I'm at the Airport 5:10am go to the check-in desk where I'm told my bag needs to be checked-in ok fine he tells me the price R250 fine. Now this I didn't expect "Sorru Mam I can't check in your bag you're late for luggage check-in". Well I'll be damned! I have a 10am appointment in Richards Bay. I ask them to please let me pay and put my bag on the next flight? They refuse I'M FURIOUS!!! These people can't be serious that so-called 'Manager' is an embicile no regard for customer service whatsoever.Now I'm ****ed as hell ready to break stuff or the Managers face (oh how I wish) I'm within my darkest feelings Ugly crying too.So ok I go to Reservations and had to pay penalty fees for the next flight which will depart in 11hours from now.I honestly would love to just go home and sleep but I can't.</p> <p>So I tell you,never ever book with FLYeffinSafAir you will save money but the inconvinience will tripple your spend when they **** up! </p> <p>To think this was my 1st time booking on this airline. ****ty **** ****! I will never ever use them! I hope they get liquidated,useless waste of air space of an Airline!</p>
