A Masterclass in Poor Service

I flew with FlySafair on 28/06/2025 from Durban to Johannesburg, scheduled to depart at 2:40 PM. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. I stood in line for over an hour before boarding, only to arrive late at the destination.

The crew onboard were noticeably indifferent and unhelpful — even the most basic baggage handling requests were met with resistance. It honestly takes a special kind of skill to be that unaccommodating.

To top it all off, after the flight I attempted to leave feedback via the FlySafair WhatsApp chat, and even that failed — I received an error when trying to submit my experience.

This was not just an inconvenience — it was a clear demonstration of poor customer service and operational inefficiency.
